Like that towels and water are available. Would be better if the towels were free as they do in the Spencer - they also have body moisturiser and conditioner in the changing rooms. Also locks for the lockers would be good :-)

The yoga and synergize classes, the swimming pool, the pleasant atmosphere generated by the staff especially their respect for older members and the other members who are very friendly.

All I do is use the swimming pool, which is in good condition 99% of the time. Your staff are usually courteous and efficient, although I do miss some of the staff who left following the new ownership. They were exceptionally friendly and efficient!

The gym environment,it's customer friendly even for people who come on their own. You can practice at your own pace,there is enough equipment so that you don't have to queue and the people there are really there to do some gym in a dedicated space.
I like the swimming pool facilities, the staff is always welcoming. Love one of the equipments that I have not seen in many gyms which is used to tone your thighs and backside (don't know its name.
The way that the equipment is installed in the gym is "smart", and it's easy to move around and go from one machine to another.
