I enjoy the classes..... There are some super and highly committed instructors.... Ian and Sue come to mind. The new equipment in the room where classes are held was long overdue! I am not sure about the black rubbery mats though! The place looks a lot cleaner generally than it was. Also not quite sure if the new place for the body pump equipment inside the door is a good idea.... It can get a bit congested when classes are changing over.

I like the variety of classes and the friendliness and courtesy of the trainers and reception staff.

I like the prime time classes, the aqua and the step. I don't use the machines as often as I did. The classes are very challenging which is what I like. Also the start time of 11.am fits into my work life very well.

I am very happy with the level of cleanliness in the changing rooms! The cleaning staff are very pleasant and do a really good job.

The instructors are first class probably the best in years!

It would be nice get a dance/zumba class back again?

I have not tried the paleo food yet but I hear it is really good also good value.

All in all it is a very pleasant and well run gym.

Friendly, Clean, accessible

I use only the swimming pool, so I can't talk about the gym or the classes, but everything seem to be well run, the stuff is good and friendly and considerable improvements have been made in the past few months in the pool and the ladies changing room.

Gym instructors always available to answer questions and I feel they are always very friendly and approachable.

The classes, the aqua, the timetable for different classes, the instructors, all great. The gym upstairs very good, I would definitely recommend the club. The only thing I do miss is steam room.. but I couldnt fault anything, it caters for all ages.

The classes suit across all age groups. Also the teachers are excellent and very approachable, which resonates in a very good athmosphere.
