Personal service. Small intimate gym so staff know clientele. Nice pool and sauna. Enjoy the classes I do i.e. the aqua aerobics and Primetime weights class.

Very friendly organised club. With plenty of good classes available. The instructors are very good and. Dry friendly the club is very clean

It's clean and not too busy so you don't have to que for machines etc
