The range of classes provided and the excellent teachers/trainers that give classes. This is most important to me and the advice on fitness they provide to all members. Love the pool and sauna for relaxing. Cleanliness of changing rooms and general appearance is good.

Very quiet before work which I love, as I work in EY. Weights and cardio sections seem brand new and are very clean. However in the mens toilets there is an odd smell in the showers a few times I have been there. Other then that it is a great gym with very friendly staff

There's a good atmosphere in the gym, never too busy or too quiet.

Basics are solid.Everything working, staff are lovely, gym is always clean,not too packed ever, parking, not too much in your face advertising, towel service, TV channel variation is perfect.
