Very friendly and helpful staff! There is also a very friendly atmosphere amongst the members. Good choice of classes and gym facilities. My only complaint is the swimming pool is too cold!

It's local, convenient and friendly.

Classess are good. Trainers are good, equipment is good.
Some things, the ladies showers need a plumber some showers are leaking, others have varying heat levels for the water in the shower. Needs some loving. The shower before getting into the pool beside sauna is very stiff and hard to turn on.
Additionally having more 30 and 45 minute classes in the morning even earlier than 7 would be better than an hour (most mornings) from 7-8 it's impossible for people to go to before work. Also why isn't there morning classes on a Monday or Friday, just cause it's a Monday/Friday, doesn't mean we don't want to go to a class it is just a bit odd. Overall i'm happy with gym but those classess and showers do need to be looked at.

Love the Aqua classes as both instructors give something different to the classes therefore plenty of variety.

The staff is very professional and the instructors really know what they are doing. Classes start on time and last the full duration at minimum which is great. The online booking app makes it very easy to book a class. The equipment is well looked after and the whole club is very clean and tidy. And overall it's not too busy. Love the free parking too!

I enjoy the club very much but the swimming pool temperature seems to vary quite a lot and it is very annoying when you arrive for a swim and the pool is way below the temperature. Only last Thursday it was only 27 degrees instead of the usual 29-30 degrees. It is such a lovely pool and I enjoy it very much and would love it to be up to the proper temperature all the time and not just sometimes. I would love to bring my grand children but not when the temperature is cold. You might take this on board for the future

Relatively small gym, friendly- get to recognize people very quickly. Spotless- constantly a cleaner on the go!
