The pool is not to busy, and the free classes are good.
I would suggest however that the ladies dressing room be properly heated in winter. It is really cold and hard to dress after a swim or sauna. Also the showers are not hot enough and the controls poor.

Friendly staff. Clean environment. Relaxed atmosphere. Not over crowded.

The gym is never too crowded, there is a wide range of classes and exercises (especially after the latest news), but what I love the most is my personal trainer sessions with Rebecca Gillen!

Overall experience is that the staff is professional and very nice, the services are great! The only recommendation would be to keep an eye on the cleanliness of the gym and the sauna all the time, because some members don't.

Small gym but has everything that you need - resistance bands, foam rollers etc not all gyms would provide these. The gym is clean and staff are friendly.

All is good and new class and opening times are great. One small bugbear sometimes the TV's aren't tuned on early in the morning.

I rea;;y find aqauaerpbics great for over 70 - nice way to chat while changing.
Feel-good factor afterwards compensates for real effort needed to face sometimes rather cold pool!
