I was determined never to join a gym again! Had been with LA Fitness and other gyms and had a terrible experience, really, not used it, not happy with facilities/services/classes. Then I saw you had swimming classes and wanted both my kids in. Initially my husband only joined to get the kids in to swimming before it opened to the public. I started coming along...and I was won round. I spoke to Agata, I just really liked her approach, the atmosphere, the volume of classes and she convinced me to join; the atmosphere is completely different to what it was before when LA Fitness, everyone is extremely pro-active, I like the app to book classes, I like the points system, I'm only getting there about once a week but enjoying that visit a lot. The place is kept clean and this is actually really important to me. One thing I would say, the only negative actually: the showers cubicles need renovating. In order to turn them on you need to get your whole arm wet (it goes under the stream). In order to get the water hot, you need to turn it fully round to hot (sometimes not hot enough). They are dark. Generally, if this could be improved, I would be really grateful. All the women complain about it when you're in there. Hope this is helpful.
Opening hours and facilities.
Above all, the club is not overcrowded. Numerous factors following that: It is good value, in my personal opinion - particularly given that so many exercise classes are included in your monthly fee, and the fact that there is a nice pool. Staff also very pleasant.

The classes are good, friendly staff and clean facilities. Would be great to have a brief description of trainers / instructors ( as you have for dartry swim team) in the website, as well as a description or video of the different classes.
Sean and all at the front desk are extremely welcoming, helpful and professional at doing their job.
The spin classes are very also professionally conducted by Ian and Tommy.

Staff friendliness and helpfulness - it makes an immediate effect! Also the availablilty of plenty of machines - no crowding or waiting. Number of classes and multiplicity of same.
