Small Friendly

Friendly quite clean.

Sauna, cleanliness, staff, classes, gym itself, everything, points etc.

Friendly staff, good facilities, generally good availability of machines, ongoing development (with new studios and equipment).

The whole gym has a great feel to it. This reinates from the staff, from the front desk to the instructors and cleaning staff everyone is very friendly. Creates a nice feeling. I like the focus on over lifestyle as opposed to just gym bunnies bouncing around the place.

From the size of the rooms to the swimming pool, everything is very clean all the times.

Clean, friendly, and good equipment

I like the quiet friendly atmosphere. I have had two assessments since joining and both were excellent. All the staff are lovely particularly the Australian receptionist.

I love the variety of classes and theven gym is very well equipped. I'm also a kern swimmer so I obviously like the pool. It's never too busy so plenty of room for a good swim.

Classes .. friendly helpful staff

I am not big fan of gyms, but I am very impressed with Dartry Heath Club. Facilities are extremely nice, the place is not over-crowded, staff is very friendly and professional. So far I managed to use 2 types of classes (TRX and Spin). I found both classes very useful. Also I think, Alex (the personal trainer) was very knowledgeable. All is great. Impressed so far... definitely would recommend everyone. Plus I believe, the membership is extremely great value. The only suggestion would be not to stop and keep looking from the eyes of the customer. There is always something, what could be improved (e.g. it would be very useful, if there was a small shelf in the shower. Most ladies bring their own shampoo, conditioner and there is nowhere to put those bottles). But don't mind this comment :) - designing customer experiences is my profession, so I always find something :)))... You are doing great job! keep going ;)

Swimming pool

There are a number of other gyms in the area but I would also highly recommend joining Dartry for a number of reasons
- The attention to detail that Sean brings to ensure there is constant improvement in the facilities.
- The adaption of the classes to provide more variety at popular times.
- The engaging staff.

The classes. In particular yoga synergise dance and step. Most of the instructors are superb but a couple not so good I avoid their classes.
