Very friendly, great class
I usually do the C2 classes. Class leaders are usually good. Classes are a good aerobic workout. At times the flow sequences are too fast for me as I need a bit of time to move from one pose to another.

I Loved my first class I didn’t really know what to expect but it was an easy way to get back into working out Definitely Recommend! The people are also nice instructor & attendees
Jocelyn made my out of town experience magical. She is such a great teacher. Her theme of softness resonated, and if I ever come back to the area I will return because of her. I live and practice in Colorado but I really enjoyed trying a studio in another state. Jocelyn's C2 class was challenging, yet she made everyone feel safe and welcomed. I, who can sometimes struggle with the more advanced poses, didn't feel self conscious. She used language and gave modifications that made me feel I was at the right level for myself. She also gave physical examples of how to get into the more advanced poses.
