Had a great experience. I took advantage of a FREE Week of classes offer. Made it to 2 class and enjoyed them both. Great & friendly staff, free & ample parking, and very nice & clean location. Highly recommend. Wish they offered drop-in classes, because I would definitely return.

Welcoming studio. Instructors are great. Overall clean facility. Need some scent deodorizer in the women's locker room. Sometimes smells like old sweat.
The establishment is really professional and clean. The staff is extremely nice and well-versed in custom service I felt that the total experience was uplifting and positive. I definitely will be recommending this class and this gym to everyone I know, before I even left my first session I already told three people about my experience. Thank you so much for your services.
I really enjoyed the classes I took there. The large yoga rooms were a surprise, along with the added benefit of having lockers and showers. I will definitely take classes here again.

I enjoyed the entire experience!!! Tara was phenomenal and informative. She instructed in a way that was simplistic, yet challenging. I enjoyed the energy and the balance of fitness and relaxation. I will be back for sure!!

For the first week I really enjoyed CorePower it was very joyful and empowering
I absolutely loved my C2 class - it was one of my better work outs at CPY. Jasmine is an excellent instructor - she has great energy in her class and she has compassion for her students.
Fantastic challenging flow with great cues and some good pro tips.
I love the facilities, instructors, yoga sculpt classes, all the choices in locations, the fact I can walk to my favorite studio at Ponce City Market!

I love how knowledgeable and supportive the teachers are! I have learned so much during my time at core power and grown so much stronger. I have been able to life heavier weights and improved my overall health and physique. I love the core power community and get so much energy and motivation from working out in a group setting.
Finley was probably the best instructor I have ever had at 10+ different CPY locations. She was very welcoming and the class was excellent. She kept a great energy throughout the class, and her choice in music was excellent. I hope to be back soon and will definitely recommend her and CorePower to others!
