Danielle always guides me through an excellent workout. The studio is clean and the staff is friendly.
I love corepower!! I have recommended it to so many people! Grace, Alexis, Audrey, etc are all amazing and literally make my day when I take their classes. It's been hard for me to find a workout that I love after COVID, so I am VERY thankful for corepower. It's save my mental health and I feel so much stronger.
The only feedback i would offer is that I wish the 7:15am started at 7am - it's hard to go home and shower/change before a 9am work time when the class ends at 8:15.
I am also not a fan of the group class style that Aqueelah has done - I don't want to have to partner with someone in yoga, as its a time for my mind to disconnect.

Love the instructors, particularly Emily (Tuesday 6 am), Lindsay (Monday 6 am) and Leah (Thursday 6 am). They are all very good and personable.
