I joined corepower because my company has a corporate discount. I've been to a couple classes but wanted to try the early morning class before going into the office. The instructor I had for C2 - Margaret Werner - was amazing. She took her time to explain the poses and insure that the class was the right speed for everyone to get a good work out but also experiment with their practice to get better and learn. I love corepower but have noticed that my experience with corepower is very teacher dependent. This teacher was amazing and I will definitely be going back to this class and will tell my coworkers to join.
Great teachers, ambiance and workout! I love CORE POWER yoga and go daily to get my yoga routine in! It always leaves me positive, motivated and inspired because the teachers care and it is a safe space!
Jocelyn was incredible! So kind and welcomed me in and showed me around the studio. Great instructor who remembered people’s names and gave great muscle action cues.

very clean and modern studio with spacious rooms. Im pretty much a beginner and the teacher really explained the poses well so I didn't need to look around the whole time :D

I love the positive energy at CPY!! Very welcoming, appropriate for all levels of yogis. The way every instructor verbally assists you to reach each pose in your own way is wonderful.

I really like where the CorePower yoga session is - I was able to finish a morning yoga session and then go to get coffee nearby afterwards. And the place is really easy to get to.
The location was clean, and the teacher - Sam- was extremely friendly and nice.
Overall I would absolutely refer a friend to CorePower Yoga and definitely refer them to this location.

Christine is such an awesome teacher! The studio was really nice. I thought the mats being slightly closer would make me anxious, but found that I had more space than I thought.

Going to Yoga the first time after being away for almost a year is a little worrying. But when I arrived at CorePower I felt immediately at home. I like how the instruction allows for me to get back into flexible positions at the pace my body wants to move and I still get a great workout. I appreciate the friendly class instructors and the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms. It has been a great experience in all ways.
