My instructor Mia Shocket made my first CorePower experience incredibly positive. Her energy and optimism motivated me to challenge myself and get the most out of the class. It was difficult but very rewarding in the end!! I will be attending again soon and recommending her class to all my friends!

I usually take Nia’s class on Wednesday evenings or Saturday mornings. She has a great playlist, is encouraging and keeps up a challenging routine :) I recommend her class to my friends and family!

Plenty of parking. Enjoyed the class. Wasn't too packed both of the instructors that were at the desk were very pleasant. Very great way to enjoy a chill Sunday.

I like that they brought back hands on assists. I feel like teachers still do not feel comfortable doing hands on assists - I hope more training will help so both inexperienced (to help decrease potential injury with teaching proper alignment) and experienced (to reinforce proper alignment and to help them go deeper into poses) yogis can benefit.
Friendly environment and teachers. Convenient location. I’d love some 645a or 7am classes added during the week and HPF in evening.
