I like that they brought back hands on assists. I feel like teachers still do not feel comfortable doing hands on assists - I hope more training will help so both inexperienced (to help decrease potential injury with teaching proper alignment) and experienced (to reinforce proper alignment and to help them go deeper into poses) yogis can benefit.
Friendly environment and teachers. Convenient location. I’d love some 645a or 7am classes added during the week and HPF in evening.
The teachers are friendly
The studio and the classes are always so clean. The team is friendly and always available to answer your questions. Love the Sunday class with Sam. Some teachers are not there anymore, wonder why, I really miss Q and Megan's classes of C2 and Yoga Sculpt.

I really love the Sandy Springs location - it's roomy, the studios have windows and the facility is always clean! The instructors are experienced and so engaging. Excellent experience.

I like the upbeat, positive attitude the teachers share to all their students. I am always recognized with a warm hello and some of the instructors know me, which is always great-- you want that feeling of belonging and community.
The Sandy Springs location is one of the cleanest ones, and it's always a plus to shop at the other stores nearby like Trader Joe's.
Emma is an amazing instructor and the reason why I went from 1st month promo to all access membership. She is welcoming, adaptable and generous with her knowledge but also vulnerable to be relatable to all her students.

I love Tarika and Jocelyn. They are why I come back. I practice once a week. I do wish there was a better member rate for me vs me paying $30+ per class.
All of the instructors genuinely care about your practice and showing you how you can improve. I love how motivating they are and I haven’t gone to a single class where I haven’t felt part of a community.
