I will say the charge for late payment is a little excessive especially with a long time customer
who faithfully pays. The rare time we are late is due to an occasional human error or mail glitch.

Service is always great but response time can be an issue. Called with a question about an issue that was noticed after repairman was here. Called April 3 in morning. Individual I spoke to said someone from service would get back with me. I assumed the same day. Now it’s Saturday (April 5) and still waiting.
The technicians and delivery associates are very helpful and friendly. They provide great customer service.
They answer the phone and help in a professional manner. The delivery service is fantastic and everyone who comes to the door is very polite and accommodating.

Fast and easy
The water filtration system works well. The RO makes to much noise wish the sales man would have told us. Also wish your Installer would carry drop cloth when they are working in people's house.
Culligan has always provided me with courteous, efficient and knowledgeable service for many, many years. Most of their employees have stayed with the company for a long time. It’s always nice to see familiar faces year after year. I’ve lived in my Rockford home for the past 35 years. I love my home but I hate the tap water. I used to buy bottled water from Culligan, but now I have a whole house filtration system. I attribute my good health, at least in part, to drinking good water. Thank you, Rock Valley Culligan, for your consistent excellent customer service.

I like being able to rent instead of buying. Had a problem and called Culligan. Had to wait 1 and 1/2 week to get someone out here. I didn't really like that, plus the tech had to call his boss to ask for help, he obviously had no clue. That definitely concerns me!

I like the guys you send out to add the salt without us having to call you and order it, or having to be here to open the door or anything. My salt guy helped me resolve a garage door opener problem. You have been coming here 22 years, and ten years before that at our old house. I appreciate the service.
All of the associates that I have encountered have treated me with respect and have gone above and beyond. Your Repair , and receptionists associates were and are competent,friendly,courteous, respectful people.
The technician came on time, quickly put salt in my machine, and answered a few questions that I had/ He was very friendly and polite.
only show up when needed. give notice before visits. explain what's going on. actually check the system and make sure it's working properly. answer my questions so i understand the answers.
