Just like everything else these days I am not real crazy about the increase in pricing! I am on a fixed income and unfortunately my pay increases don't match the level of increases of, not only, your products but everything else!
My current bill is for over $80! In years passed that cost would have been unheard of!

I like the salt delivery. However, I am too old to get the bags down the steps. It would help to have a better idea of the time the delivery person will arrive so we are available to meet them. Otherwise, I doubt we can continue to get salt and will have to disable the water softener.

We had some issues getting the correct bulb for our UV system. The Culligan team listened and tried and eventually got the right bulb.
A customer rep called us more than once to correct the error and cared to listen. Warren came end of day to get this done for us.
