I’ve had a drinking water system from Culligan in my home in California and Nevada for decades. I also purchased my new water softener from Culligan when the system that came with my home failed. I would never have stayed with Culligan for all of these years if I wasn’t completely satisfied. Service has always been outstanding.
timeliness and good service
I continued using your services after buying my home (a 4-plex) December of 1991, here in Rockford IL... It's been over 32yrs of service, and I'm still here as is Culligan. I've no real clue just how many years the previous owner/owners had used your services.
Needless to say, in some ways we are very old friends... I've never had to worry about hard water destroying any of the 4 hot water heaters before their time. In all those years, only 1 water heater "die" before its warranty had expired. Thank You, Rock Vally Culligan

You should notify me that my water conditioner probably needs a charge every six months or so, but lately you haven't been doing that. Your call should be based on the estimated amount of water usage since last time.
