We have had the Culligan water treatment system in our home for well over twenty years. When necessary, Culligan has sent out an experienced team to resolve any issues. The technicians have always been professional and have striven to present as low an impact as possible and even worn “booties” to protect our carpets and wood floors. I like the fact that the person that does the actual repair understands what the customer is going through and works with you to help make the process go smoothly. I was very impressed with the man that repaired my water filter system. And I thank him for everything he did.
We very much enjoy the taste of the healthier purified water, and realizing that the water contaminates have been removed provides peace of mind. Also, service has been satisfying and efficient, including the latest Tech. to service our system, Patrick. He performed an additional service that previous Techs. had not (removing excess air from the reservoir tank?) indicating to us how thorough that he was during our service appt.
