I was having problems with my softener that was just a little over 2 years old and the GM and the service tech come out and communicated and decided that my problem would be handled through a warranty instead of charging me the service charges that they got so they took care of it very well and I appreciate it the general manager and the service tech

Both Culligan workers (the guy who came to first check out the problem with our softener and the guy who replaced the softener) were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We appreciate their willingness to answer all of our questions. Because of where our house is located, we will continue to rent from Rock Valley Culligan based on both of their recommendations.
