I've been a customer of Culligan for over 2 decades and when I reached out, honestly not even expecting for anything to come of it. Trisha Harp called, I didn't answer due to work obligations, but she emailed me with a solution and how i can continue keeping my water filtration system in a time when the cost of living seems to keep increasing and wages remain the same. It's because of people like Trisha my family and I can continue using Culligan services and drinking high quality H2O.

The water softener model and water filter system that Culligan Quality Water specified for us and installed in our home appears to work well and uses very little salt. The service personnel (Moises by name) knows his job and is always courteous, cheerful, and efficient.

Our local Culligan service is organized, having me on a schedule to deliver salt. They inform when they will coming to do that service. Even with new hours, I still find it convenient to pay my bill as there is a drop box for after hours.

I called yesterday and was able to get an appointment today. Marshall Weaver, who provided my services today, was very personable and friendly. He not only arrived early, he completed the filter changes so quickly, that I didn’t realize that he was all done! Great service and I’m happy knowing that I’m drinking clean water!
