On March 17th Mike Jarvis serviced our system. He did an excellent job with the servicing and replenishing the salt and making sure all systems were operating correctly. Our purification system had been installed over eight months earlier, at a time we were consumed with moving and getting settled in the new house. As a result, we had pretty much forgotten what each part did and what we had to do to keep it operating correctly, or when to call for service. Mike took the time to walk us through the whole system again, explaining how it worked, what needed to be serviced and when. He was super helpful and and he seemed to truly care about how well our system worked and ensuring that we understood it and what we needed to do. Culligan is really lucky to have the service staff they have, and so is the consumer
From the first home visit to discuss our water problem to identifying the best solution it was a great experience. The actual installation was great and the techs (Danny) was great and very helpful in his explanations and system overview was very thorough.

It is relatively expensive but very fair because of the quality and professionalism.
I have been a Culligan customer for the better part of 13 years, if not longer. While issues with them have been few are fair between, if there has been a problem, such as needing a new cooler or delivery problem, it takes only one phone call and the issue is resolved. And I have to admit I have not had to call in quite some time but when I did, I got a real person. No annoying phone tree, no AI, no call center in some foreign country. Nope. Real people in my area. That is nice. So in a word or two, what I like is customer service, good old fashioned customer service with real people solving an issue.
