I have been a Culligan customer for many years as were my parents all through my childhood. I like the longevity with a company and that longevity is based upon good service. I am pleased.
One thing in particular that makes Culligan work for me, is the phone call that the service tech gives me when he is on the way to my house. He calls as he finishes up the customer prior to me. This phone call allows me to leave work and arrive at home in time for him to arrive. This kindness of providing the phone call allows me to only take a lunch break to come home for the service appointment instead of taking an entire day off from work. I REALLY APPRECIATE this!!! Please thank him for me.

Your product definitely meets expectations and our customers don't complain either. I've been working here for a few years now and your delivery employees are always pleasant. We appreciate you all, thank you for always keeping us well stocked! I do remember there was one time we we're short of product and you all came in out of your way and made sure we had what we needed for our customers. Thank you for always going above and beyond!!!
