I like how you make sure my delivery is always on time and when there is a problem you are sure to fix it. Everyone is understanding and kind. Delivery drivers put the bottles on the back deck for us. When I had a problem with my water cooler the customer service person was sure to arrange delivery of new unit to coincide with my water delivery so I eouldnt have ro pay a lit extra. Always great service.
