I like the teams of 2 or more and I like the environmentally friendly cleaning practices.
Inconsistence in cleaning details that we felt would be understood. Probably from the lack of a specific instruction or contract. What we have is rather vague. Another thing, we gave a key to one of the house cleaners and MB never received it. The second time I took a key to the office and gave it to a staff member. Having two keys out makes us rather concerned. We plan to have our locks rekeyed as a result.
We really appreciate the consistency as well as the flexibility if we need to cancel or reschedule.
