I like that you use green products and ability to find out a window.
Another version may have been sent, but I prefer this: My team (Concha and Letty) is thorough, fast, friendly, and professional. They always remember my cleaning requests particular to my home and cheerfully respond to any new issues or requests I raise. It's important to me (and I asked about this before contracting with Maid Brigade), that Maid Brigade seems to pay decent wages and provides health care benefits. I would gladly pay higher fees if I knew they enhanced employee wages and benefits, for my team and others who have come to my home always work very hard and fast, and with such great attitudes. There are no labels on bottles, but I rely on representations that all products and practices are environmentally sound, which is also important to me. The office staff is unfailingly polite, and I appreciate their calls alerting me in advance of my team's arrival. I highly recommend Maid Brigade. The initial cleaning was fabulous. The monthly cleanings are good but I notice the attention to detail is missing. Corners of floors have dirt after moping. If there is any dirt or spills on walls, cabinets, door handles or light switches it is not cleaned. When I asked about it the cleaners told me they did not clean any area not on their list. This shocked me. I have been thinking about making a change in cleaners. Please note that all the cleaners are kind, pleasant, caring, etc. and do their best. I don't blame them. I just think they are so determined to do what is right they might be missing a little common sense. Again, I do not blame the cleaners - I know they are trying to do the right thing.

I appreciate the friendly individuals who make up the teams. Their receptiveness to questions and requests. They work hard and my house sparkles when they leave.

Not consistent every month. Usually a good job but after some cleanings still dirt on ledges behind toilet and dust still on shelves in living room. People are friendly and trustworthy. I do recommend to people

Very thorough job. I used you for a home I'm selling as well. Only frustration is when you had to reschedule due to weather which was fine, but you then moved all future dates out to a different day of the week without discussing with me and I specifically noted from the beginning that I would prefer Fridays only.

Very professional and accommodating. At times my schedule doesn't allow me to prepare the space for the crew and they are never bothered by the fact. Just so friendly and professional.

Allow us to choose days and times or at least let us know what time the house will be cleaned the day before instead of finding out the morning of. With pets it is hard to coordinate.

There has been one occasion(at least) where your folks took the bedroom apart, clean it, and remaid the bed with the same dirty ones. I checked to see if a clean set was available and it was. I checked with Mrs. Last name removed and she did not tell them to leave the bed. Otherwise the work is fairly consistent and good. I did note the the crew was different that day and the crew as in late in the afternoon. Scheduling problems?
