This was a difficult split closing due to a buyer funding issue. Both closing agents worked well together throughout the process so that both parties were able to complete the closing. It took a lot of patience and extra time, but it all worked out in the end.

You can always count on Capital Tile to get the documents ready for closing even though the seller or buyer are out of state. They will send the notary to them. My clients are very happy to have a very smooth closing with Capital Title. By the way, Giovanni Martinez is the best.
