The Clarkston Capital Title Team is by far the BEST title company team out there! This loan required all hands on deck from the regional manager, Michelle Fisher, to the lender liaison Lori Stiehl-Matties getting everything wrapped up quickly so we could close on Christmas Eve. The buyer sent a beautiful picture of his daughters enjoying the new home on Christmas and I appreciate every person at Capital who made sure this closed on time for the holidays! Even those who didn't directly work on this file, Jessica Keeler, Chelsie Marshall, Rachel Ballard or Megan Lea, I know how hard they work to keep things closing during the holiday season and we appreciate you all SO much!
