We had a split closing and the sellers title company; whether they were short handed or just not detail oriented, made many errors on paper causing a possible delay with our scheduled closing date. When I called Capital I spoke with Jason Hebner and he worked with the other title company along with Chelcie Burns (John Adams) to get everything straightened out. Jason was such a big help to me and we were able to close on time.
