I remember one of my first Capital closing out at the TROY REO office, In the back of building. Not warm and friendly. That has all changed since then. I truly feel my business is appreciated. That makes me want to continue to help the company bottom-line. One of my key reasons to switch was that I was very aware that the recent NAR "Back-Charge" to the big brokers was a very painful financial hit. I wanted to show my appreciation for all that REO does for the agents. After hundreds and hundreds of closings... I think I have a good perspective.
