I would not recommend the contract employee used for S Warner again. She did not seem to know what she was doing, couldn’t explain the documents & didn’t know how to make a closing packet for the buyer. Closing took 2 hours!

I had 2 closings with out of state Sellers. Lori did a wonderful job in getting them both closed on time.
She had a uncooperative title person in Chicago that did not follow instructions and the second one had a buyer who would only close on the last day of the month.
plus we had a change of Seller ownership on the first deal and the first Buyer had Buyers remorse.
