Your close Jodi was absolutely phenomenal. She went way above the call of duty. On closing day Ortonville's internet was down and admin could not get mortgage documents to print, etc. Jodi helped to resolve the internet issues as well as tried to resolve the printer issues. We ended up not being able to resolve printer issues and she took Buyers/Sellers to the Ortonville REO office to finish closing. I would have been lost without her she's a Gem!!!!

There were a few surprises on the title. Autumn was able to identify them. Address them and made them nearly seamless. My client had to sign a payoff request or 3. But we got through it unscathed.

CT goes the extra mile AFTER the extra mile. I had to have surgery and was incapacitated for critical days surrounding closing, which was split & remote. Brian Downes of Capital Title did a phenomenal job of communication and execution supported by manager, Christina Robinson. I seriously don't know why anyone would use anyone else.
