Katie was an amazing instructor and I’d highly recommend her to anyone. I’ve been a yoga practitioner with CPY for 12.5 years and can tell she knows what she’s doing. She’s teaching to all levels, truly. Her energy was on point.

I travel weekly and will take random CPY classes throughout the country. I told her after class, the next time I’m in Atlanta I’ll look out for her on the schedule.

The class was so good! I took Caroline’s class on Sunday and felt great afterwards.

Great instructors and workouts

Issues include mold on the ceiling around the light fixtures that I reported over a month ago and absence of cleaning wipes for our mats.

GREAT CLASS!! Joslyn was a great instructor and I really enjoyed her class. It was tough but in a great way. I really enjoyed this studio and class!

I love the classes, but sometimes the music is louder than the instructors voice and is hard to hear them.

I love the reliability of Sculpt. You know you will get a head-to-toe workout. You know you will get a cardio sequence, even if you never left your desk that day. Abs will scream, will get a lot of updogs in, etc.

I really like the facility—it’s very spacious, with plenty of showers and all the essentials in the changing rooms. The class was excellent, and the instructor gave me great feedback on how to improve my form.

Ben is very personable and helpful. I took his class today and enjoyed it. I also love Francine’s classes.

I love CorePower so much! My only wish is that there was a 5 am class because I’m a nurse and have to be at hospital at 6:45 so I can’t go to CorePower on days I work sadly
