Love the facility. It is always clean and welcoming. Karen is a great instructor. I like her style, her playlists and the fact that she will offer a little help with movements if allowed but is not overbearing.
My instructor, Marley was very dynamic and made the class enjoyable!
The establishment is really professional and clean. The staff is extremely nice and well-versed in custom service I felt that the total experience was uplifting and positive. I absolutely loved my C2 class - it was one of my better work outs at CPY. Jasmine is an excellent instructor - she has great energy in her class and she has compassion for her students.
I love the facilities, instructors, yoga sculpt classes, all the choices in locations, the fact I can walk to my favorite studio at Ponce City Market!
