I have been blown away by experiences here over the past couple weeks. I have been out of practice for quite a while and I have never done hot yoga.The calm and competent manner of each of my instructors has instilled so much confidence in me and I have accomplished far more than I thought I could. Thank you guys so much for such a gift! Can't wait to do more!

Different types and levels of classes, beautiful studio, dependably good instructors. This is the main way I workout and I feel loose and strong and body confident because of these classes.

Brittany Kidd, Karen O, Sarah Do, Tara are absolutely fantastic. Everything is pretty dang clean all of the time which is important for a workout facility.

Class was great, people were friendly. Good combo of many of the limbs of yoga as well as a fun, hot workout. Tara is a great teacher for the body, mind, and soul!
