The studio and the classes are always so clean. The team is friendly and always available to answer your questions. Love the Sunday class with Sam. Some teachers are not there anymore, wonder why, I really miss Q and Megan's classes of C2 and Yoga Sculpt.
I love this studio, great teachers and community! One thing I would like to see more of is Sunday night classes here!

I enjoy taking Karen's classes at Ponce. She's prepared and always has an encouraging presence before, during, and after class.
P.S. Would be a 10 if the showers were more clean ... some days the men's showers look worse than one for long haul truckers at a roadside Travel Plaza.
Jasmine is THE BEST! Always an engaging, challenging sequence but always keeps it fun and encouraging.

CorePower is the reason yoga was finally able to stick as part of my exercise plan. Before, I couldn't get into yoga, it was too slow and I didn't sweat enough, but with the heated rooms and the incorporated weights, it's turned into something I really enjoy. I injured my back two years ago and had to take a break from the intense lifting I used to do. CorePower has helped me get my strength back after going through recovery. I highly recommend to everyone!

The 2 teachers I had were great! They were passionate , knowledgeable, kind and clearly dedicated to the practice!
The only thing that would have made the experience better is if the room was hotter.

I’m just a Corepower loyalist, but I will say this, the locker rooms (men’s) need a hard reset at the Ponce City Market location. Many, if not most doors on the lockers are broken and the locker room is just really gross.
The instructors are very friendly. The yoga studios are nice and clean and this convenient location to my home. The only downside is the showers take forever to get hot and I wish there was parking instructions beforehand.
