Everyone is really nice and very welcoming once you step thru the door! The classes are fun, especially the Sculpt class! Love the weights with yoga. Plus it's fun going with my fiancé. Would highly recommend if you enjoy yoga!

nice studio space, great teachers with lots of time options.

i'd like to see a variety of classes offered at one particular time across the week though rather than the same class offered each day. For example, sculpt one day, c2 the next etc.

What do you like about our products and services?

I love that CP Yoga combines everything I loved about yoga (peace, flexibility, community) with the qualities of a workout I would do at the gym. Before I needed to supplement my yoga membership with a regular gym membership for serious strength training and cardio. CP eliminates the need for me to do that. I leave every class feeling like I got the best workout possible. The facilities are top notch and all of the instructors are happy and helpful. I've felt a true sense of community at CP since the very first class I took.

I LOVE CPY!!!!! I am so happy to have this studio in Atlanta. I love the style and the instructors. Kayla, Samson, and Alicia are amazing! I haven't tried anyone else yet but I am sure I will! By far the best yoga class I have taken. I like that CPY is more for a contemporary yoga class.
