Student Testimonials
The instructor was helpful with positions and I got a great workout. Nice facilities too.
Katie was excellent. The class was really fun and the music was great. The workout was fantastic!
I loved every minute of strength classes with Courtney, and Sara killed it in yoga sculpt. I'm out of the country now until September but will be joining when I return. This studio rocks!
Best instructors, best class offerings and availability and best atmosphere. And I've been to a lot of yoga studios.
Sybil M is an excellent teacher. I had a great experience at her community class. I am considering signing up for a membership.
The instructor was amazing. Loved the session. Unfortunately I reside in Texas now.
The instructor is phenomenal! I’m not sure how to spell her name (I believe it’s Kadeja), but she is an amazing teacher—full of inspiration, energy, and positivity. Her class was challenging in the best way, and she creates such a motivating and welcoming environment. I leave every session feeling stronger and more empowered!
Enjoy the class style and the instructors.
The studio is beautiful and very clean. All the teachers are top notch
Great workout!
Ben is great at challenging me to go beyond my comfort.
great instructor and class was a blast
The team was so welcoming and I so enjoyed the session! I will def be back!
I like the organization of the space. I do think the classes can be too hot. I worry a lot about mold and sometimes the classrooms are so steamy, I am worried that there is mold. It stresses me out during class and I can't fully concentrate. I also think having towels for showers would be great. I always bring my own anyway. Last time I forgot my mat and borrowed one, and 4 dollars was pretty steep for a mat.
How it makes me feel after class.
The location is very convenient, the locker rooms are excellent, and the class schedule almost always works for me.
I like the variety of classes. I wish there were more actual hands on adjustments - the tokens get handed out, however, I feel like additional training regarding how to do adjustments for both newer students as well as experienced students would really keep the Corepower offering ahead of their competition!
Everything was great!
Katya was AMAZING. The class was physically challenging and also incredibly enriching. Registration was a breeze, the facilities are incredibly clean and it’s a beautiful space.
The classroom instructors, the times, and the work out.
I felt that they did not invade my personal space. The teacher was great at guiding us all but not seeming overbearing. It was difficult but not to the extent that I was unable to do the moves. Great class hope to intend again!
I love the community aspect of my local CorePower and how reliable the sequences are
Great full body, low impact workout!
I took my first class with Marley and absolutely loved it! I wear braces on my legs, so they were very accommodating in letting me keep them on for the class. I will be definitely be back! The class was definitely challenging, but in the best way possible!
I have always liked CP. I do strongly believe that they should provide towels. A small one for sweat and large ones for showers. I brought my own, but this is what high-end studios provide.
I have taken C2 with Brittney, Aimee and Tara and I have loved every class in different ways! Each instructor has a unique flow that is eprsonal to them and the energy of the class. I would highly recommend anyone to take a class!
McKenna was such a great instructor! Her cues and energy were such a nice way to start off the week.
Love it! Lots of class options and friendly instructors. Clean studio.
I really loved the class! I want to come back.

I’ve been attending the 6 a.m. Thursday class with Tori for several months now, and I’m honestly disappointed with how stagnant and disengaging it has become. The sequence and music haven’t changed in months—there are no modifications, no surprises, nothing to keep it fresh. At this point, most of us could probably teach it ourselves.
What’s more frustrating is Tori’s lack of energy and engagement. She rarely demos movements, never acknowledges anyone by name, and offers only generic encouragement like “good job.” It feels like she doesn’t want to be there—and honestly, it sets a really negative tone for the rest of the day. That’s not what anyone expects, especially when paying premium prices for these classes.
I know I’m not the only one who feels this way—friends I used to come with have stopped showing up altogether. CorePower, please take this feedback seriously. Thursday mornings at 6 a.m. desperately need a reset. Your loyal students deserve better.
