Absolutely no residue, no chemical smell, stickiness, or crunching sound as I walked across the room when carpet finished drying. The professionalism of the staff and technicians were to notch. Of all carpet cleaners I’ve experienced in the past Zerorez comes out on top and I know I will be using them in the future.

Overall the clean looks good, and I’m confident the technician was thorough with his work. However, it’s almost 24 hours later and carpet still isn’t 100% dry. We were told 4 hours. I would have even been fine with 12, but 24 is ridiculous.

This is our second time using ZeroRez, I highly doubt we will use y’all again.

The follow up visit was perfect and service was great, with a very responsive and profession technician.

Overall I would give the whole experience a 10 and have already recommended ZerorezDC to several other people and will be using the service again.

The gentleman that did the work was great.

However, my dining room chairs were left on my outside balcony. I went out of town right after he was done, I knew he put them on the balcony, but I really thought he would bring them back in. o I didn't even check,.

There are 2 stains remain. I, but thought they were going to be removed.

Carpet looks great and technician was polite, efficient, and professional.

It would have been helpful if the technician gave me an estimate of how long the carpet would take to dry. On the site it is advertised “just hours,” which is pretty broad. I figured it would take about 2 hours but when I arrived it was still wet. I called the technician to ask how long it might take and he said between 3-6 depending how much circulation there was. I do have air conditioners so it would have been helpful if he offered to turn them on after he was done to expedite the drying. I also pointed to a specific area of the house that should get special attention because it’s where my toddler eats. In that area there were still food bits clinging to the carpet after the cleaning.

The carpet looks great and is so soft. The technician was very courteous and professional.

Service was great. Technician was nice and on time. All work done was as promised. Would use them again.

First of all, it WORKS. No harsh smells, no residue. I have used them twice, second time for some severe stains and I am truly impressed. Even a very old carpet was renewed and dried in a short time.
Second, their professionalism - quick response, timely and accurate scheduling/notification, and thoroughly knowledgeable and friendly but efficient personnel. I also very much admire that they support our veterans. We will definitely never go back to anyone else and will recommend them highly.
