Carpets look great and many stains removed. Also carpets were dried by evening of day cleaned. Cleaner arrived promptly and called before scheduled time. he was freindly and knowledgeable.

Jermaine is a pleasure to have in our home. He is professional, polite and goes about his work in a very efficent manner.
Appointments are easy to make, Jermaine Dillard is an excellent employee and does a fantastic job getting my carpets clean. He offers suggestions as to how I can protect my carpets. I have a small dog and he does also. They can be a challenge.

My initial reaction was that there is a level of professionalism in the business that stands above others. The technician arrived within the time-frame that was given to me as well. He was honest and upfront about what could be cleaned.
The gentlemen that came to my house were awesome. They both were respectful, knowlegable and did additional services on the spot. The rose was a really nice touch!

The great work
I had a terrible red wine stain on cream colored carpet. We had tried to clean it with Oxi cleaner. Also tried to use my Bissell carpet cleaner to no avail. I thought I would have to buy new carpet or a large area rug.
Paul Johnston, who works for ServiceMaster was able to remove the stain!! ServiceMaster has my vote for the BEST carpet cleaning services!

The professional who came into my home was knowledgeable about his product. He understood that some areas could be cleaned and others maybe not. He took time to explain the operation to me, how long it would take and what I should expect. Very courteous.
