He was very knowledgeable of his occupation and he was through in the explanation of what he was doing. My husband was very impressed that he put down his bumpers to make sure that he did not mess up the walls.

the service was good, but I believe one of the workers took a bar of soap from the room they cleaned the carpet in.. I make handcrafted soap, it was in the room drying and I am missing one bar of soap. You may want to see if one of your workers smells really good...!

We had area rugs and wall to wall carpet cleaned. The process was explained carefully. The technician was right on time and called ahead. The loveseat was cleaned beautifully. Everything was professional.
