I love the selection of activities and sessions and that the centre is less than 5 minutes from home. As a family we are at the Wellness Centre at least 3 times a week. Food quality and prices are not the best and seating arrangements in soft play is terrible.
The classes are great, the parking is bad,, also not many lockers to hand & not working

Active Copley is a fantastic place.
It’s not like when you join a gym and then go for a couple of months and then never again, you keep the subscription going in the hope you'll go back at some point but never do. The variety and choice of activities/classes available make it a brilliant place to submerge yourself in anything you want to do.
All of the staff are super friendly right from the start, you are made to feel welcome right from the first visit, I would recommend Active Copley to anyone its ace.

1st time I’ve been back to the gym since the refurb and it looks good. Only stayed in the cardio part upstairs as it looked busy downstairs and I didn’t want to publicly make a fool of myself on the new equipment 😆 so I can’t comment on the rest until I next come back when it’s less busy,

Only disappointment is poor disabled parking facilities. People with a range of disabilities struggle in life and often are put off going to places because access is difficult.
Once in the centre I have found access and facilities for my disabilities good. As is staff attitude. Badly let down by lack of parking. You can do much better than you currently do.

I was in India for last three months. So I don’t know how much changes there. But yes I am quite happy with the service what they provide. Staffs quite pleasant & friendly.
Loved the back class, very easy to do for someone with a really bad back. More classes for disabled would be welcomed as not much variation presently.
The swimming. Enjoy the lane swim.when there is a general swim could they be one lane as swim lane
The gym is very good and the pool is excellent. More showers at the pool though would be an added bonus.

Yes, the gym equipment is excellent, but it is your staff that made Hyde my choice of venue that I wanted to become a member. Lisa working in Live Active is a credit to your team.
Since the upgrade it's a far better place to workout with New up-to-date equipment and it's good having YouTube or TV channels available on machines while exercising. Only downside I would say now is already some of the equipment is starting to falter, touch screens becoming inactive on some machines making them difficult to use. You can connect your phone via BT but doing so is quite difficult as the machines do not have names just model numbers and they are basically the same so it's awkward finding the right one. You can still connect via aux input though.
This is just me being fussy though, the gym is great, I love going and enjoy the surroundings.
