Location, variety, value for money
Our 6 yr old Granddaughter loved it, and the cafe is great for snack and drinks. The staff were helpful and made the experience great 😊
Enjoy the aquafit and sauna. Staff are always busy cleaning, the changing areas are very clean .
Great building and service. The only thing I’d say is when coming swimming with my 2 year old there’s not enough room in the changing rooms and could do with more space or more changing rooms open as half are closed
They are very helpful
The lane swimming works well especially as school holidays don't affect the times it is available. I like the fact that hairdryers are available for customers use. Don't like the increase in parking charges.
Friendly and welcoming
I really enjoy coming to Hyde. The classes are great and everyone is friendly
l have beem with Coply for about 5 years. l have found out that the staff are very helpfull . no problems at all.
Good sized gym, plenty of loose weights, bumb bells etc even at a busy time.
Some lockers in male changing room cant be used as they don't appear to have locks.

some of the fittings in the dressing and showers need repairing

I think the pool and staff are great, but I don't understand why soapy water from the shower is allowed to run over the drain towards the pool. I'm sure the problem must be a simple blockage - perhaps a bunding strip would help. The place is well kept, keep up the good work, many thanks, First name removed L.
The range of classes, nice airy studio (fix the air con tho), friendly instructors.
Need to respond more to request for Pilates and Yoga. Classes are booked within seconds and some weeks it’s impossible to get a class

Great prices, great facilities, just getting a little too busy at times. Need more bowling offers, more options for general swim, and sort the carparking situation out with the council as the prices are no longer acceptable. But this complex is amazing and I use all the time.

Only slight drawback is older style pool and lack of spa facilities.
