We went to swim slide and waves session, changing rooms were clean and being cleaned regularly between sessions.
O ly downfall was the ladies toilets which were not so clean.

The staff are lovely and helpful and the facilities are great.
After a stressful day i love nothing more than going for a lovely swim, steam and sauna, which means I don't need to use antidepressants and takes me out of prediabeties. It clears my mind and soul and helps me live a happier life in general.
This in turn helps me to be a better mother and worker. I can't afford a holiday but I feel like ive had one after a visit ro Copley

Active Tameside Denton is a facility for everyone to enjoy. From babies to the elderly. From disabled to able bodied people. The activities are very wide ranging.
Enjoy the swimming twice a week. Pleasant staff.

Paul’s Aquafit is so enjoyable it’s like you’re not exercising at all.
Variety of gym equipment & classes and most of all very friendly and helpful staff.
Great classes, lisa and gaynor are fab instructors. All staff at Ken ward are really helpful and friendly. Would be good to have more choice of evening classes!

Ist Fantastic now that the equipment has been updated, just frustrating at 5.00 when the gym is packed with teenagers/kids, half of which tend to mess around
It was clean, peaple help you. all my grandkids had a good time and fun to.
Great local facility. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Good range of group exercise classes. In particular:
Beatz with Lizzie Hind is a feel good cardio dance class which is excellent.
Pilates with Alex Thomas is also excellent, she does myofascial release as part of the class and you really feel better for it.

A great choice of different types of exercise to suit all needs, inclusive of all levels of fitness. Great the centre is suitable for people with disabilities. Staff are friendly and cafe and play centre are great places to use.
