Swimming pool is convenient from home, although the sessions are a lot busier now that the Ashton pool has closed which is not always a good thing

I am new to the centre following the closure of Ashton centre.
I already feel very at home at Denton.There is a lovely welcoming vibe and the facilities are wonderful.
The staff are lovely as they were at Ashton.
The staff who teach the classes I do - Gaynor, Paul and Emma (red hair) are very good and although they push you in the class they also provide lighter alternatives. Good to see the 6:30am spin class back on a Friday morning as well.
I would like to book a PT session as my gym exercises need a refresh but waiting for Paul to get his certificate - maybe you should have more PTs .
I don’t think you should charge for car parking midnight till 08:00 although this is currently on hold, I am lucky enough to live near TWC but a number of people do the earlier classes and this adds a significant amount each week to membership fees.
The sensor hairdryers in the pool area are not very good

Great gym equipment and a lovely pool
I feel very confident that the staff and trainers are there to provide the support and encouragement that I need when it Is needed. All my online bookings are confirmed very quickly.

Hi there have been increased/new faces at lane swim i attend - you may need to invest in lane swim etiquette poster like they have at Hyde - this week a lady was complaining people were overtaking in slow lane /too fast etc your life guards shouldn't have to answer/defend/listen to etc

Gym nice spacious clean modern though hard to get on things as people were hogging equipment or jumping in as soon as it was free. Didn't know where anything was like tissue or wipes to clean stuff with and are there any lockers as had to carry stuff round in the end.
First time using so it was ok.
