Great local facility. Very well utilised. Great selection of exercise classes. Favourites are yoga with Nicola on Tuesday night, tone and shape & Chiball yoga with Caron on Friday- very relaxing. Thankyou Caron and Nicola.
Darren’s classes are all excellent and he gives great advice and encouragement in the gym.
More Pilates and yoga classes rather than body balance please.

Floor in dance studio often has dirt from peoples shoes, which you wouldn’t notice unless lying on a mat, must be difficult to keep clean with so many classes and people.

Do the Yoga with Janet (brilliant) and swim twice a week.
I like the people that I have grown to know over the years of attending the gym and classes.
Although of late the selection of available classes has dwindled away. I sincerely hope this improves in the near future.

I love the classes and friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Only fault there’s not enough Aquafit, either another evening session or a weekend. I can just about fit in Friday morning before work but many can’t due to work. I think a new centre should have at least a weekend or 2 evenings a week to make it fair.
All the staff are friendly and helpful.It is easy to book in for classes. Classes are well organized and presented.

Rachael (PT) was great and my session with her really gave me a confidence boost......the only thing that let it down was numerous lockers not working & searching for free weights as there does not seem to be enough.
The Tuesday aquafit class is probably one of the best at the moment. Exercises are well tailored to class members

Really like the zumba classes with Siobhan Batchelor, Jade Curtis and the dance fit with Christy on Thursdays. Loved Lizzie and Lisa's classes on Sunday. All brilliant. Like going to Copley. The room is large and comfortable. Parking is really good most days. The receptionists are mostly really pleasant and helpful. Just good all round.
I like the aqua aerobics and the fact the personal trainers help you with your gym routine .there really helpful and friendly
