Very enjoyable low level circuit training with Alison.
The pool is great to swim in but I wondered why the fast lane has two narrow lanes instead of one wide one as I've not seen this in any other pool in the locality.
The staff are friendly and helpful and attentive to your needs.
The changing area is clean and comfortable but there's often a wait to use the private showers as there are only two.

Circuit training with Jenny
We attended the low level circuit exercise class with Jenny who is very professional and friendly really enjoyed her class. I great attribute to Active Tameside on her recent return from maternity leave
Very good all round activities to suit all needs

I love the lane swim pool
But one complaint is that the younger lifeguards sometimes chat constantly and don’t even look at the pool. Especially at weekends

Kids time must be stricted and time should be scheduled for them
There is nothing not to like apart from not always being able to book on the classes.

Live Active is a fabulous service and Alison has helped me get back to the gym after a lot of years.

The changing area is excessively warm and there's still an issue with the temperature of some of the showers which are barely warm. Also, some lockers have missing shelves which makes storage difficult.
However, the staff remain attentive, especially with the cleanliness of the area, often in difficult cicumstances and they are always pleasant and helpful.
Love the classes & the fitness suite, pools etc. Nice atmosphere
Stella in the cafe is a credit to Active. Always polite and very efficient service
