I like swimming and the health suite. The gym and changing rooms are very clean.
More classes could be added later into the evening for people who work.

The Low impact circuits work for myself and my husband with our varying degrees of movement and reconditioning.
We would love to see a Monday or Tuesday session on top of the Thursday session so that these exercises can be done with the support of the instructor twice a week.
Low impact circuits twice a week in the same local gym would be very useful and supportive to those who struggle with more vigorous exercise.
I tried the Aquafit and injured myself on the 2nd session so find low impact circuits very beneficial with my RA.

l still feel the same as when l first stared with Copley. the staff are very helpful l think its been about 7 years how. still feel good in my self.

Friendly atmosphere when you go in. Some gyms are a bit over whelming and competitive. Clean areas. Instructors are friendly.
The Wellness Centre offers a good range of classes in a lovely environment
There's always equipment available at the time I go, the staff are always friendly and helpful and seem to enjoy working there

Staff are ways friendly & helpful and work hard to lkeep the facilities looking clean & tidy. Any damages that occur do get fixed. I only use the pool area.

I’ve only us d Aqua at the moment. I did have a problem booking the Aqua class online using the app and had to phone up 3 of the 5 times I’ve used it. I think the problem has been sorted now. I’ve managed to book the last 2 times. But other than that, staff are friendly and helpful
