Clean and safe. Nice atmosphere
Very impressed with the safety measures in place at Active Copley. I've been to the pool twice in recent weeks and feel that staff are doing everything possible to make customers feel safe. I particularly like the system of not having to share changing rooms.

Swimming was excellent and well organised
The entryway was well organised and I was given a wrist band with my locker and changing room no on, the whole place was very clean, I attended an aqua fit class which was great fun and entertaining.

Love the new app where you can see what’s going on and book classes. At present I am only using the aquafit classes at Denton and Hyde and both the instructors are great. Was wary at first going alone but everyone so friendly and the staff are extremely helpful. Great atmosphere. Think the new well-being centre at Denton is fab

Great to have the pool open and at least Ashton have sufficient slots at sensible times that members can get to.
The ducklings session is good for child to still have lots of space to swim even with covid measures.
Booking needs sorting out. A friend was told a class was booked yet when I went on I got booked straight away. I understand it's tricky times but the poor app is just frustrating people.
