Good range of classes and facilities
Amazing. So clean and lovely. The staff are so friendly and always happy to help. I do the ducklings sessions with my daughter and they just really are amazing, the staff can’t do enough for you during the sessions.

Active Medlock is local to me and I regularly use their facilities. After it was allowed to reopen after lockdown it has been a real plus for me and I would think for everyone else who goes there too with plenty of swimming sessions and group exercise classes etc and very helpful friendly staff.
Very well equipped and friendly staff
It’s a hassle free experience, you walk in the door and immediately you are met with happy helpful staff. The facilities are excellent and the time I go there’s hardly anyone there so I can go on anything in the gym or have a full swimming lane to my self or just relax in the steam room. I love it and in my opinion it’s worth every penny. Oh did o mention it’s helping me to maintain and dare I say improve my health.
The variety of classes and the swim timetable
Gym always clean and tidy, all modern equipment in working order. Staff friendly and helpful. Not too overcrowded so don’t have to wait to get on equipment
The classes and the instructors are so helpful.
Excellent facility all round. I enjoy ducking and the soft play with my granddaughter, and the recent early years activity(gingerbread man). Fuel cafe is good quality. Recent party for my granddaughter was great in the soft play area and again the food was very good. I only have the opportunity to attend a couple of classes each week but they too are delivered in a friendly and professional way.

Staff are great,helpful and cheerful.The whole place is spotless from top to bottom.The fee is great value for money.And after a good run on the treadmill and a 40 length swim early doors, what's better than a sausage and bacon bloomer!Great asset for Denton .
