I have been a client of Method3 Fitness for 10+ years. I like the personal attention to my needs and ability. My workouts are tailored for my age and current medical conditions. The staff truly care about your fitness and strength building. The workouts are never the same so you stay motivated to come to class and try new exercises. I plan on being a client as long as I can walk!

Method3 is a great fit for my lifestyle. they have 8 group workouts a day, can always find a time to exercise. The Coaches are knowledgeable, and the facility is well equipped.

Accountability! My best way to workout is to show up and commit to classes. I'm not one to exercise at home or free-style at a gym. Age doesn't matter. If necessary, coaches will help modify to your needs. One doesn't feel intimidated and partners always feel welcomed. The coaches are positive, enthusiastic and professional. A great environment!

Hollis is patient, supportive and friendly yet professional. The exercises are challenging for my age (80) and I really enjoy coming to the sessions. I've always hated exercising because it's always been too hard for me. The first thing that appealed to me about Method3 was that they catered to old bats like me. It's only been a few weeks but I feel better already. Everyone at Method3 has been encouraging. Keep up the great work!
The coaches are phenomenal. I've been in this program for 7 years. I am forever grateful for this program. I've learned a lot through the coaches. I still have a long way to go, but I'm happy that it's become one of the most positive things in my life.

Their program is geared to my particular age and body type. The coaches are very professional and personable. The sessions are challenging, I always feel like I got a good range of stretching and strength work, without feeling I have been pulled through a grinder.
