Variety and coaches
It's structured, keeps me on track and I have had the fitness results that I have aimed for but not achieved until I joined up. I like being among all the different kinds of people that come to the classes and that it caters for all ages and fitness levels.

I really enjoy mixing the cardio on the treadmill with other exercises on the floor and rower. I don't have to think about what I need to work on, I just turn up and do the class. The classes change regularly which keeps the classes interesting and provides an all around fitness regime. Using the heart rate monitor means I can work out to a level that pushes me. The staff are welcoming and others in the class are really friendly.
The positive way trainers assist clients at every level of fitness, their enthusiasm makes me feel I can do anything. Nothing is too much trouble for them out any of the staff, makes me keen to keep going back
The group environment of high intensity training pushes me to excel.
The workouts are fun and challenging. The coaches will adapt exercises when l am unable to complete.
Highly recommend for people of any fitness level.

Every work out is different. The coaches keep you safe, with correct form and execution of each exercise. They are encouraging and make you do more than you ever imagined was possible. I'm doing more than I though I could. I don't modify as many exercises as I used to. I must be getting better. Thanks coaches. 🧡🍊

The variety of the workouts and that no two classes are the same. And the great staff at Tuggeranong OTF, they are always there to welcome you with a friendly face and plenty of encouragement.
There's lots of variety and I love that you don't know what you're going into each session.
Even within a week or two I felt fitter and I was only doing one class a week!

I would not consider myself a gym person, however the structure and the science behind the classes is great. The fact that each class is different and the coaches lead you through everything with encouragement as well as teaching me about refining my technique is really helpful and encouraging. Over the almost 2 years I have been a member I have lost a significant amount of weight thanks to the longer calorie burn and gained a lot of strength in my core and in general which has benefited me in so many ways including my balance which is so important as I'm getting older. I also really enjoy the community feel and company of the other members. Thanks!
The works outs are planned and varied. OT work outs provide the opportunity to extend yourself but also go at your own pace.
The motivating and friendly coaches, the music (most of the time!), the duration, the structure, the community, the cleanliness of the gym.
The atmosphere and the dedication shown by the coaches and front of shop staff, as well as the energy you get from the other members during a workout.
