I like all aspects of the workout. Use of treadmill and rower for cardio is great.

The tread tow and floor aspect of the classes are what I like about this gym. I must say I also prefer the 3G over 2g as it feels less rushed and can have a controlled and focused effort.
The best part of my day! Feeling healthy, fit and strong especially for my age. The classes are always fun and challenging. You never get bored esp with Captain Mikey.

Whatâs not to love about OTF ?
Whether is endurance , strength or power , itâs always a â glad I did that workoutâ kinda day !!
1. The variety between sessions focusing on endurance, strength or power, or a combination.
2. The encouragement from coaches while I'm sweating it out.
Great facilities, great workouts, excellent coaches
The variety of tready, rower and floor. And the fact I donât have to think about the routine for someone who wouldnât know what to do without assistance!
Love the discipline of following the circuit, being told what to do a d not have to think about what the workout will be just works.
Itâs also excellent that there is variety in the work outs such as the catch me if you can, the endurance etc.
Oh course the trainers are great that almost goes without saying.
OT has changed my relationship with fitness, I'm approaching 40 and am stronger, fitter and in better overall shape than I was in my 20s or 30s. The OT workout style has made me much more aware of what works for me (and what hasn't for the last 25 years!!).
Itâs different in every class and the instructor is guiding you so you never have to lose track of what you are focusing on

Every workout is different; coaches are knowledgeable and enthusiastic; clean, well maintained equipment; all ages and fitness levels welcome.
The workouts are what i am looking for with regards to cardio and strength. Then when you add on the staff you are looking at an ideal combo
